If you asked Jeff for his thoughts or opinion, he’d be happy to oblige. But I don’t recall him making unsolicited comments about what one ought to do and how one ought to do it. He instead expressed his knowledge and experience through example.

Of all the things I, or anyone, could learn from Jeff, my favorite is keeping a positive attitude. Really, to have to deal with one of the most horrendous diseases, yet not once complain about his situation. Now that’s something for every one one of us to consider every day.

We all know it was really tough for him to give up biking, but he once again showed what a classy guy he was. He hung up his Gary Fisher and bought a really sweet Beamer. And once again, he flashed that grin.

I knew Jeff Good and he was a good man.  I worked some with him, but more than that  years ago he was my next door neighbor and sometimes I would come home and find my yard had been mowed or if I needed something he or his wife was there.  He was kind and good and someone to be admired.
